When testing the product, the workpiece to be tested is first placed on the workbench of the optical measurement system. After positioning, the detection program of the product to be tested is called up. The x and y workstations send the workpiece to the camera, and after the camera captures the image of the circuit board, the processor will move to the next position in the X and Y workstations for capture, and then perform the corresponding calculation.
