Disappearing 3D Scanning Spray now Available for Spray Systems

A sublimating scanning spray has been made available for use with all spray systems such as airbrush, spray guns or with the mobile ATTBLIME spray system with 230V connection. A recommended maximum nozzle size of 0.75 mm provides an efficiency of around 50 ml per square meter.

The scanning spray was created under the name ATTBLIME AB6-G, which enables the user to achieve a uniform and homogeneous spray pattern with layer thicknesses between 3.6 and 9.8 µm. It has a sublimating time of at least 2 to 6 hours, even longer under optimal conditions. The newly developed vanishing 3D scanning spray AB6-G is based on the optimized raw material cyclododecane.

The scanning spray is free of ethanol and adamantane. AB6-G adheres to all porous and non-porous surfaces such as textiles, wood, glass, painted surfaces, metal, plastic, stone, mortar and paper.

ATTBLIME AB6-G is ideal for temporary matting of surfaces for optical 3D metrology without subsequent cleaning. Reference point marks can be easily applied to the treated surface.

Unlike its forerunner, it is almost odorless and with the scanning spray in reusable containers there no longer empty cans to dispose of.
