FGS-TV Series Desktop Test Stands

A high-performance, high-accuracy, desktop test stand made up of a digital force gauge (push-pull gauge), a motorized measurement stand, and specialized add-in software. A variety of measurement modes (peeling test, breaking test, load sensing test, compression/tensile test, and reciprocating test) is a standard feature. The data can be transferred to a personal computer through a USB port, and selection of the movement mode can be operated from the computer.

Tensile/compression tests

• Various types of measurement modes for peeling tests and breaking tests are a standard feature.

Provided with dedicated software

• Using the dedicated software, the load and displacement data can be transferred to a computer and displayed on a graph. The data is directly imported into Excel.
• With a stroke of 400 mm, the test stand can handle long specimens.
• By changing the measuring unit (digital force gauges), loads ranging from 2 to 1,000 N can be measured.

Compact design

• A compact design perfect for desktop use with dimensions of 320 mm wide, 470 mm deep, and 729 mm high.

USB communication

• A USB port is provided. By connecting it to the USB port of a personal computer, the data can be transferred to the computer, and the test stand can be operated from the computer, such as starting, ending, and selecting the operation.

Dedicated Software

Illustrative example: Using the dedicated software, the relationship between the peel force and the displacement is displayed on a computer screen.

A USB cable is supplied: Various settings (travel speed, upper/lower limits, etc.) can be performed from the computer as well.
