메카트로닉의 mWS 시리즈는 최신형 기술의 웨이퍼 자동 분류장비로, 초박막 또는 휜(Warped) 웨이퍼를 안전하게 취급하는 새로운 표준입니다. 또한 모듈식 설계 개념을 일관되게 구현함으로써 다양한 웨이퍼 캐리어와의 완벽한 호환성을 보장합니다.

메카트로닉 mWS 시리즈는 카세트 슬롯 수에 관계 없이 플라스틱 혹은 금속 재질의 웨이퍼를 자동으로 분류, 스플릿, 이송이 가능합니다.

특징

정렬, 분할 및 병합

웨이퍼 자동 분류장비 mWS 150/200 모델은 150/200mm(6″/8″) 웨이퍼를 분류할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 최대 6개의 카세트를 장착할 수 있습니다.

mWS는 카세트의 모든 웨이퍼를 공정 이전, 도중에 모니터링하며 엔드 이펙터와의 호환성을 검증합니다.

웨이퍼 자동 분류장비 mWS 200/300 모델은 200/300mm(8″/12″) 웨이퍼를 분류할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 최대 4개의 카세트 혹은 FOUP(혼합 적재 가능)

를 장착할 수 있습니다.

mWS는 카세트/FOUP에서 나온 웨이퍼를 Pre-Aligner로 이동하여 육안 검사 유닛으로 전달하고 다시 카세트/FOUP로 돌려 놓습니다.
